FOOD CLUBS: I host regular monthly 'food clubs' for groups of friends or family who want to learn to cook specific recipes, practice techniques and enhance their cooking skills in a social gathering. We cover lots of tips for making home cooking healthy and easy and explore spices and flavors from around the world. Choose from the list of classes together with your club, assign a date each month and let’s get the fire started! Food clubs take place in my kitchen, yours or online! I can travel, too!
PRIVATE CLASSES: For those wanting to learn to cook with specific ingredients or get into cooking at home for well-being, classes can be arranged based on your personal schedule and availability.
VIRTUAL CLASSES: I provide virtual classes for individuals or groups who are not close by and would like to take cooking classes from my kitchen to yours. Like hosting your personalized cooking show. Great to put a group of friends together to do!
HIRED COOKS: I provide specialized courses for hired cooks in your home or in my kitchen demonstrating healthy, clean eating, where to source good ingredients and basic, important nutritional practices.
THERAPEUTIC EATING: I offer classes on eating to reduce inflammation, alleviating digestion discomfort, eating for cancer prevention as well as on gut recovery and elimination diets.

No one diet fits-all and, therefore, no one plan does, either. Real nutrition is different for each person. I act as your food journal, create personalized meal plans with recipes, offer cooking hacks, generate your essential pantry, shopping lists, help you source local food, high quality food & brands working alongside you as you implement changes that you or, better said, your body seeks.

ON SITE MEETINGS, ONE ON ONE CONFERENCES EACH WEEK & EMAIL COMMUNICATION
I. PERSONALIZED ELIMINATION DIET :: this just means that for a short period of time you will remove all trigger foods in order to clear your body of any excess antibodies that may be provoking unwanted symptoms. You will eat deliciously, focusing on foods and flavors that you like within the protocol. I offer simple recipes, shopping lists and get you fully prepped for a 21 Meal Plan. After the initial 3 weeks, you will start to reintroduce trigger foods, one by one. Using a helping tracking tool, I will work with you to figure out which foods you react to. From there, we create a meal plan based with creative ways to substitute the trigger foods. Doing this alone can be a drag. Work with me, I we’ll make is a positive experience. (generally 6 weeks)
II. GUT HEALING PROTOCOL DIET :: this is a diet that helps you out of a acute situations while removing all trigger foods and organizing daily meals on a strictly therapeutic diet specified to your health and nutritional needs. This can vary greatly between people. Ideally, you can cross consult with a medical and professional team (MDS, NDS, RNs, DO, DC, DOM, L.Ac. and therapists) to determine an optimal nutritional profile. Deliciousness does not have to be spared. Depending on your restrictions and tastes, we create a realistic menu plan which will help in immediate healing.
III. AUTO-IMMUNE & DISEASE RECOVERY :: Let me help you figure out the most optimal diet plan for your recovery whether it be: post-surgery, deep internal bruising, wound healing, body trauma, cancer remission & chemotherapy, Diabetes : Type I & II, Chronic Symptoms & Inflammation. Ideally, I can work together with your health team to get you the deep nutrition to build a body up so needed during recovery periods.
