JUNE 14th, 12 PM- 3 PM We prepare a full Mexican meal with variations on guacamole and using many native ingredients unfamiliar to visitors such as artisan cheeses, a corn fungus - huitlacoche- not available north of the border, and many of the fresh vegetables not grown outside the country. We will work with fresh corn masa and make Chicken Tinga as a main dish.
